Navy Dress

Today I wanted to have a break with the holidays' pics in order to show you one look of last weekend with one of the trends for this autumn-winter: tartan print that, as you already know, invades the catwalks and all the shops this season. What about you, have already succumbed to this trend?

Oedo Onsen

Do what you can, with what you have, where you are

In today's post I wanted to show you the "Japanese" look I chose to visit two of my favorite zones in Tokyo: Ginza, with its neighborhood full of luxury establishments and its famous Tsukiji Market (the world's biggest fish market) and Marunouchi, where the famous Imperial Palace is located, and also an interesting shopping, restaurants and cultural events area. And I say "japanese" look because both the shirt with original message and the skirt are Harajuku shopping area acquisitions, a typical and "in" Japanese look. I hope you like it!!

Shibuya, Tokyo

Once again, a post in Tokyo, this time in Shibuya Neighborhood, with its famous crossing which pass through at least a hundred thousand people per hour, one of the most crowded in the world. We arrived to Shibuya JR station in a bullet train from Kyoto, in which exit it is located the Hachiko statue (for those who do not know the history, I recommend you to watch Richard Gere's film, though tears are granted) and, after going around the neighborhood, we went to have lunch to famous Narisawa, with 3 Michelin Stars and considered the best restaurant in Asia (those who follow me through my social networks could see some of the wonderful dishes they served us). After lunch, a loooong nap to be able to enjoy afterwards the exciting Tokyo nightlife, which I promise to show you in next post. I hope you like it!!

Tokyo

Tokio!!

Tokyo!! What can I say? The world's most populous metropolitan area, with upwards of 35 million people, 23 special Neighborhoods and thousand of opportunities, things to do, see, buy, visit... A different and special culture that is worth a visit. The first day we decided to discover Harajuku and Omotesando, with a mandatory stop in Yoyogi Park and Meiji Jingu Shrine, without forgetting their exciting shopping zones: the lively and crowded Takeshita Dori, full of teenagers with eccentric but perfectly calculated outfits (don't miss the pic in Barbie's shop!) and the classy Omotesando Avenue, where the most luxurious brands are located. In the afternoon, we walked to Shinjuku, the skyscrapers district, also known as the electronic neighborhood, where we visited the entertaining area of Kabukicho, full of restaurants, theatres and video games centers, to end the day having a drink in Golden Gai, a place with more than three hundred small bars in tiny alleys, a very genuine experience! Regarding the look, as you can see it cannot be more comfortable: top and shorts of new season. I hope you like it!!
